Sandpoint Structures is a husband and wife team which started in 1987. Scott and Dawn Dempsey have always loved the area and always wanted a way to give back to the area while making an honest living.
We’ve grown quiet a bit since then and we believe it’s due to the tremendous support from people in the surrounding communities spreading the word of how well we handled them as clients. We feel as though ‘word of mouth’ is such a strong advertisement that we haven’t felt the need to advertise other then the occasional sign on our sites.
We have received the ‘Builder of the Year’ award from HCI Steel Building Systems Inc. in 2004.
We belong to many different groups in the area, Kootenia City Council, Ponderay Community Council Corp., and local Planning and Zoning.
We specialize in many things, mostly general contacting, remodels, and land development.
